Throughout my own health journey, with many hurdles along the way, I often noticed the lack of resource and support. After seeing many different doctors and health experts I started to feel frustrated and disconnected. Looking back, what I needed was guidance and support from someone that understood my challenges, and more importantly, understood me
At this point I threw myself into a new path in life - the world of Functional Wellness!
Determined to help other women who have experienced similar issues, I wanted to use my knowledge, experiences and compassion to help other women navigate the many health issues and lack of resources that are often faced today
